A Sacred Journey to Your Heart Ceremony Circles
Approximate Time. 4 Hours
A minimum of 3 people is required for a circle with a maximum of 5 people.
Through my guidance, we’ll begin by purifying the space.
- We’ll then create the ceremony circle, ground ourselves and enhance our journey with the use of essential oils.
- Once the space is fully cooked, we’ll begin our discussion around your individual intention and collectively we’ll hold that request in our hearts.
- I will then create a personalized, guided meditation unique to each circle as it pertains to your heart’s request.
- From there, I will administer a full one hour REIKI session.
Oooh and it doesn’t end there…
- We will create closure and re-integration with a tea ceremony.
- We will satiate our hearts and souls as well as our tummies. I believe re-integrating and sharing our experiences is as vital as the journey itself. I will provide a beautiful setting with china and an assortment of teas and delectable snacks as we seal in our experience and continue to learn from one another through sharing and observation. We are all healers, teachers and students. I believe the true paradigm of power is co-creating and collaborating in community.
- Tea, Iced Tea, Water and light snacks will be provided.
To create an environment as luxurious as possible, I will provide comfortable seating for the guided meditation and individual futon twin beds for the REIKI healing. Following the ceremony circle, a table will be set so we can transition right into the tea ceremony. Please be prepared to bring a pillow and blanket. I can also provide this if it’s not possible for you to do so.
